The reservation is valid from

Before starting the places for free sale, the reserved places are blocked from the online sale.
The reservation sales period will start
March 1, 2024 at 9:00 a.m. and end on July 9, 2024 at 8:00 p.m.
Reservations can only be purchased online at parking.backstage-agency.cz.
The purchase of a parking/camping space during the festival is only possible at the ticket office in the parking area/camping area.
Upon arrival, the holder of the e-booking must present this e-booking printed on A4 format, or the e-booking saved on a mobile device.
Online purchase of reservations is ensured through the secure payment system The pay. All information about this system incl. terms and conditions and the complaint procedure can be found at www.thepay.cz.
Purchased reservations are not accepted back or exchanged unless the parking area/campsite is cancelled. The customer is only entitled to a refund if the parking area/campsite is canceled before arrival or is incomplete due to force majeure. Claims for a refund must be made after the end of the festival to the email address: info@backstage-agency.cz. Money is returned in the same way it was taken.
Falsification of reservations is inadmissible and punishable by law.
Access to parking area
The visitor must respect the instructions of the organizers.
It is not allowed to sleep in cars, tents and similar dwellings on the parking area.
The parking area is not a guarded parking lot and the organizer is not responsible for stolen items.

The visitor must respect the instructions of the organizers.
There is a strict ban on making fires (including barbecues) and the entry of animals.

Out-of-court settlement of disputes
1. The Czech Trade Inspection, with its registered office at Štěpánská 567/15, 120 00 Prague 2, ID number: 000 20 869, internet address: https://adr.coi.cz/cs, is responsible for the out-of-court settlement of consumer disputes arising from the purchase contract. The online dispute resolution platform located at http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr can be used to resolve disputes between the seller and the buyer from the purchase contract.

The European Consumer Center Czech Republic, with registered office at Štěpánská 567/15, 120 00 Prague 2, internet address: http://www.evropskyspotrebitel.cz is a contact point according to Regulation (EU) No. 524/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council of on 21 May 2013 on online consumer dispute resolution and amending Regulation (EC) No. 2006/2004 and Directive 2009/22/EC (Regulation on online consumer dispute resolution).
3. The seller is authorized to sell goods on the basis of a trade license. The trade inspection is carried out by the relevant trade office within its jurisdiction. The Czech Trade Inspection carries out, to a defined extent, among other things, supervision of compliance with Act No. 634/1992 Coll., on consumer protection."
